This notice describes the static editorial pages at roverzigzagottr.com and the browser-based tool provided on the Contact page. For privacy questions or requests relating to correspondence, contact [email protected]. Rover Zigzag Ottr is the site’s editorial name; no company registration, registered address or regulatory status is represented by these pages.
Reading the site
These pages do not include analytics scripts, advertising trackers, account registration or payment processing. Images, styles and scripts are requested from the site rather than from embedded third-party services. Like other websites, delivery of the pages involves requests to the hosting service, which may process technical information such as an IP address, requested path, browser information and request time for delivery, security or diagnostics. The static pages do not determine the hosting provider’s log retention or infrastructure settings.
Using the message tool
Room context, message text and optional contact details are processed in your browser to construct a plain-text preview. The tool makes no network submission and does not write the draft to cookies or localStorage. Text remains in the current page while it is open; browser autofill or session restoration may behave according to your own settings.
Copying writes the prepared message to your device’s clipboard when you permit it. Downloading creates a local text file. Clipboard history, downloaded files, device backups and browser behaviour are under your control. Remove unwanted copies through the relevant device or application settings.
If you email us
Sending an email shares your address, message and any information you include through your email provider and the recipient’s email service. Correspondence may be used to understand and respond to your request, address corrections or maintain necessary records. Do not send sensitive information or private documents. This page does not promise a fixed retention period for email; you can ask about a particular message or request deletion, subject to any applicable legal or security requirements.
Your choices and rights
You may read the site without using the contact tool. Depending on your location and the processing involved, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information, or to object to certain uses. Contact the editorial address with enough information to identify the correspondence, but do not send identity documents unless a secure and necessary verification process has been agreed. You may also contact your relevant data-protection authority.
